With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, startup growth, and organizational operations, I specialize in helping founders and organizations bring order to the chaos. My background spans operations, fundraising, marketing, and project management — all rooted in building systems and strategies that help organizations grow with confidence. I’m also a Wake Forest grad (Go Deacs!) and love to travel around the world!

Pricing depends on the scope and level of support. Some projects are one-time (like setting up a workflow), while others are ongoing (like monthly COO support). We will go over pricing after the free consultation call.

Most of my work is project- or retainer-based, but for smaller engagements or advisory calls, I do offer an hourly rate. This can be a good fit if you just need a strategy session, audit, or quick implementation task.

That’s totally normal. We’ll start with a free consultation to talk through your challenges, goals, and budget. From there, I’ll recommend the package (or custom scope) that makes the most sense for your situation.

Yes — I use clear, straightforward agreements so both sides know what to expect. For retainers, I typically ask for a three-month minimum to make sure we can create real impact.

I invoice electronically and accept ACH or Zelle payments. For project-based work, 50% is due up front and 50% at delivery. For monthly retainers, invoices are due at the start of each month.
