I’m Ashley Hart, founder of CTRL ALT LA.
With more than a decade of experience in operations, fundraising, marketing, and project management, I specialize in helping founders and organizations bring order to the chaos. Whether it’s streamlining internal systems, guiding executive strategy, or creating campaigns that resonate, my work is about equipping organizations with the structure and clarity they need to grow with confidence.
I’m known for quickly seeing where things break down (unclear ownership, messy workflows, overloaded founders) and translating that complexity into simple, usable structure.
Through CTRL ALT LA, I help founders build operations that support their vision instead of draining their energy. My approach is practical, calm, and grounded in real day-to-day work.
