Can I hire you for one project?
Absolutely. While many clients begin with a Business MRI™, we also work on standalone projects such as website redesigns, operational improvements, dashboards, ClickUp implementations, and strategic planning. If you already know what you need, we're happy to jump in.
Do I have to start with the Business MRI™?
Not always, but we highly recommend it. The Business MRI™ helps ensure we're solving the right problems before investing time and money in implementation. Rather than making assumptions, we take the time to understand your business and build a roadmap based on your specific goals and opportunities.
Do you work with existing teams?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with founders, leadership teams, employees, contractors, and trusted partners. Whether we're supporting your existing team or leading a project ourselves, our goal is to strengthen your business—not replace the people already helping you succeed.
Can you implement everything yourself?
Many projects can be completed directly by CTRL ALT LA, while others may involve collaborating with your existing team or trusted specialists. If a project requires expertise outside our scope, we'll help coordinate the right resources to ensure the work is completed successfully.
How long do projects take?
Every project is different, but most implementation projects range from 2–8 weeks, depending on scope and complexity. Larger initiatives or ongoing strategic partnerships may continue over several months. We'll provide a clear timeline before any work begins.

That's completely normal. The goal isn't to fix everything at once—it's to understand what matters most.
